Identifying main authors in a field of research

When you feel that the investigation is“on track”, open the Author Graph, hide authors of single articles (by clicking the snowflakes icon) and resize the nodes by relevance.

The largest nodes are the leading researchers in that topic. The clusters reveal the leading groups of researchers. The colors of the nodes reveal the main geographical locations of the institutes of these researchers.

You can filter the results by date, by geographical region, by specific keyword (use the free text filter on the top right), etc.
